„Управлението на тържището е поверено на един началник, ветеринарен лекар, г-н Д-р Т. Басарабов, който разполага с един помощник, ветеринарен фелдшер, 13 души служащи и един полицейски стражар. Управлението ръководи всичката административна, санитарна и съдийска служба на тържището.
Търгуването се извършва по следния начин: сутрин в 6 часа тържището се отваря за наемателите и служащите, за да си приготвят стоките, а в 7 часа се отваря за гражданите и продажбата трае до 12 ч. 30 м. Тържището се затваря до 5 ч. после о6яд, за да се почисти и да си пренесат месарите месото от скотобойните и след 5 ч. отново се отваря за гражданите до 8 часа вечерта, а срещу празник до 9 чеса. Тържището бива затворено само в неделя.
Забележителен е редът в това тържище. Едва месец как е отворено и можем да кажем, че там владее един образцов порядък във всяко отношение. При това нека споменем, че нощно време всички стоки на наемателите остават на отворено и до сега не е констатирана ни една кражба. Това се дължи на туй обстоятелство, че вечерта всичкият персонал излиза до един и вратите се затварят от самия началник. Сутрин се отваря тържището в 6 часа или от началника, или от неговия помощник.“

“The marketplace management is assigned to a director, a veterinarian, Dr. T. Basarabov who has an assistant, a veterinary paramedic, 13 employees and a police office. The management is in charge of the entire administrative, sanitary and judicial offices of the marketplace.
Trading takes place in the following manner: at 6 o’clock in the morning the marketplace is opened to the tenants and employees to prepare their goods, and at 7 a.m. it is opened for the citizens and sales last up to 12:30. Then the market is closed until 5 p.m. in order to be cleaned and to enable butchers to take their meat from the slaughterhouses and is reopened after 5 p.m. for citizens until 8 in the evening and until 9 if the next day is a holiday. The marketplace is closed only on Sunday.
The order in this marketplace is impressive. It has been open for a month now and we can say there is perfect order in every respect. And we should not forget to mention that at night all goods of the tenants remain in the open and not a single theft has happened so far. This is due to the fact that each employee leaves the place in the evening and the doors are locked by the head manager himself. In the morning, the marketplace is opened at 6 o’clock either by the head manager or by his assistant.“
